  • House painting

    I've spent the weekend painting the two bedrooms in our house.  It wasn't as difficult as I thought, but I'm still worn out.  We used "Arabian Sands" for the walls, but kept the trim and ceilings white.  I don't have any actual pictures yet, but here's a screenshot of our plan that's pretty close to what our bedroom looks like, (from Behr.com)

  • I hadn't thought of it that way, but it makes perfect sense. People in modern times can't get away with saying "I hate black people", so instead they hate the group that supports tolerance of black people.     And someone should tell your wife's coworker that the reason most people who stayed in New Orleans didn't leave is that they were too poor to afford cars.
